Open Question: Are there such a thing as female SARCs?

I know that the field of Independent reconnaissance corpsmen is Not open to women, but I know about the Lioness program in the Marines (All female search-and-rescue-squad), and just wanted to know if they had one in the Navy similar to the SARCs' (special amphibious reconnaissance corpsman). I did read an article about a woman who was a Navy FMF corpsman, and was attached to a Seal platoon in afghanistan. This and a special on the SARCs' brought forward my question.
