Open Question: Ideas for a Marine Corp wedding?

My fiance is in the marines and we're planning on having a Marine Corp wedding. He's in Afghanistan right now so I'm pretty planning the wedding on my own ( My mother and soon to be mother in law have been giving suggestions but nothing that has impressed me) The wedding will be in late July. We're leaning towards an outdoor wedding. Right now I'm in the process of choosing colors. He'll be wearing his dress blues. Since the wedding will be in the summer I want to have some bright colors but I don't want them to clash with his dress blues. Also what color of tux would you have the groomsmen wear if they weren't in the marines.
